We have constantly renovated our equipment to contribute to current production facilities consisting of 38 production lines equipped with J55 series high power screw press. FP series hot die forging press and J53 series friction press, in addition to intermediate frequency furnaces for heating of blanks with induction heating technology, automatic roll forging machines and taper/crosss rolling maills for manufacturing of blanks, and grill hearth traveling ovens for heat treatment, which ensures the excellenceof forging pieces in mechanical property and struture

Employ CAD/CAM for mold design. USE vacuum furnace for quenching and tempering of mold as a means of heat treatment. Employ CNC Machines to ensure the dimensional accuracy and installation accuracy of mold cavities.

We are equipped with SPECTRD direct reading spectrometers, metallurgical microscopes, three-dimensional numerical measuring machines amongst other physical/chemical inspection instruments to ensure the whole procedure under control and compliance with the procedure document of quality control system.
